Which platforms do you support?
All of them. If you have a Google Shopping Feed — and most e-commerce stores do — we can convert it. WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, custom platforms.
What are UCP and ACP?
UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol) is Google's standard for AI shopping — it powers Google AI Mode and Gemini. ACP (Agentic Commerce Protocol) is OpenAI's standard that powers ChatGPT shopping. Both are new (2026), and merchants need both. We handle both from your single feed.
How is this different from Shopify's Agentic Plan?
Shopify's Agentic Plan routes all AI purchases through Shopify's checkout — meaning you pay 4% to OpenAI plus Shopify's payment processing fees on every sale. You also hand your catalog data to Shopify's ecosystem. We focus on discovery: AI agents find your products, customers buy on your store through your existing checkout. No middleman, no commission. Your data stays yours.
Are my products live on ChatGPT/Gemini right now?
Not yet. We generate your feeds immediately, but we're applying to Google's UCP Early Access and OpenAI's Merchant Program. Once accepted, all merchants' feeds go live automatically. Sign up now so your feed is ready.
How does checkout work?
We focus on product discovery — when an AI agent recommends your product, the customer clicks through to your store's existing checkout. No commission fees apply to discovery. OpenAI recently moved to this same model (away from in-chat checkout). When in-chat AI checkout matures, we'll offer it as an optional paid add-on — but discovery will always be free.
Why is it free?
Because AI product discovery has no platform fees — OpenAI doesn't charge for product listings, only for in-chat checkout (which we don't offer yet). Our infrastructure costs are near zero. We believe every merchant should have AI discovery regardless of budget. When AI checkout matures, we'll offer it as a paid add-on. Discovery will always be free.
Is my data secure?
We only store public product information — names, prices, descriptions, URLs — the same data already in your Google Shopping Feed. Never customer data, never payment info. GDPR-compliant. Delete anytime.

Easy UCP is built by the founder of Store Operators, an AI-powered Shopify operations service in Helsinki, Finland.
